Services....How it Works:
1) If you need to sell most everything inside and outside of the home estate then call to set an appointment for a free consultation assessment at
   503-707-9131or Sign Up Below to Schedule here for your convenience!
2) During the assessment we give you a percentage estimate of 30%-50% (our charge) based on the amount of work to process your sale. 
    During set up of sale we perform item prep, pricing of all items using fair market values with expert assessments and Point of Sale Displays. 
       We also provide full clean outs at sales end if requested as a start to finish convenient process at an additional charge.
    You recieve the remaining balance and do not do any of the work!!!
    Best of All we are one of the only providers that can keep selling your items after your sale and before your clean out through one of our consignment options!!
3) We sign a contract, set a sale date and the team gets to work on processing and advertising your sale as shown here.

1) Go to our links to see when we are having our next sale dates, times, ads, item pics and maps to sales.
2) Go to our Sign Ups Sheet Page to post your name...no standing in line and no traveling to the sale site to get on the list!!!!!!!!!
3) Bring your own shopping bags and cash or credit cards...No Checks will be accepted.
