    At PinUps Cosmetics*Salons & Mobile we stand behind our merchandise 100%.  

    The Cosmetics RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

    + Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.   
    + Please choose your colors carefully, samplers are not currently provided on the site.
    + We gladly make exchanges for wrong color choices if items are unused, un-opened and in original packaging.
    + All Refunds or Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt/invoice. 
    + If you have received a defective item, return the item and a copy of your receipt/invoice and inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

    + Custom Mix Bar Items are custom made and non-refundable/returnable.

    Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace products damaged in shipping.

    The Gift Shop & Doll Fashions RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

    CafePress.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    CD Return Policy
    CDs purchased from CafePress.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our Returns Center. CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

    Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.

     

    The Fashions RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

    By approval only we offer returns for store credit within 15 days of purchase.

    Items that CAN NOT be exchanged:

    All Lingerie
    All Shoes
    All Earrings
    All Bikinis/Swimsuits
    All Purses/Backpacks/Wallets
    All Halloween Costumes


    All exchanges will be granted store credit in the amount of the items, shipping is not refunded.

    All exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

    You can return it for store credit if the item is in original packaging and has not been worn or used. Please contact us before returning merchandise.
    If merchandise is returned without an authorization code, no store credit will be granted. You must have an authorization number to return any item and receive store credit.

    Only store credit is offered.

    By approval only we offer store credit if an order is cancelled before it is shipped out.

    How do I purchase products?

    HOW TO ORDER:

    View Shops: Cosmetics Shop, Fashions Shop or Gift Shop to find item(s) of interest;
    Choose item(s); choose options; hit "buy now" shopping cart button;
    Follow the same procedure to add more items;
    "Checkout" and you will be forwarded to a Paypal's secure payment page to complete the transaction;
    After payment you will be emailed a confirmation of your order.

    CUSTOMS:

    Duty and Taxes are dictated by each individual country.
    When items are sent through the post it appears that no Duty is charged unless the package is valued at more than $500.00. This seems to be true for the USA, Australia and some of Europe however there is no real way of knowing for sure who will be charged customs when your order is sent.
    The rate of Duty varies by country. Taxes are the responsibility of the state and the rate of tax will be the equivalent to the usual sales tax charged in the area that you live.

    You can see the estimated arrival dates of your order during checkout.

    To calculate the estimated arrival dates, we add the time it takes to process your order before it ships plus the time it takes to arrive at your shipping address after it leaves our warehouse.

    Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days. Sign in to your account to track a shipped order.

    We're sorry, at this time we cannot provide tracking information for international shipments.

    Please note:
    CafePress does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

    For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:

    • Order contains items with longer than 2 day processing time, except books
    • Large orders that have more than 100 items may require longer processing time
    • Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address
    • Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States
    • Delays for Canada and International orders due to customs clearance
    • Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
    • Problems with uploaded designs or media that do not meet our recommended requirements encountered during processing of your order

    Shipping Methods

    CafePress offers several shipping methods to choose from. You will see which shipping methods are available for your shipping address during checkout.

    Depending on where your order is shipped, the following shipping methods may be available:

    1 Day Shipping
    Most items ordered by noon EST on a business day will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon EST will arrive in 2 business days.

    Large orders that contain more than 100 items, books and other items that may require longer processing times will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped.


    Shipping Costs

    We calculate shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items in your order. For instance, an order that contains 2 single sticker items costs less to ship than an order containing a sticker item and a framed print item.

    You will see the shipping and handling charges in the cart and checkout. In general, shipping and handling charges are as follows:

    Posters, Yard Signs, Banners and Framed Prints are shipped in separate packages. If your order contains a Poster, Yard Sign, Banner or Framed Print and another item, you will be charged 2 first item shipping costs.

    In most cases, Economy shipping is not available for orders of more than 5 items due to our carrier's weight restrictions.

    Examples for Economy shipping:

    • Shipping 2 T-Shirts will cost $5.40 ($5.00 first T-Shirt + $0.40 additional T-Shirt)
    • Shipping a T-Shirt and a Poster will cost $10.00 ($5.00 first T-Shirt + $5.00 first Poster)
    • Shipping 2 T-Shirts and 2 Posters will cost $10.80 ($5.00 first T-Shirt + $0.40 additional T-Shirt + $5.00 first Poster + $0.40 additional Poster)

    Examples for Economy shipping:

    • Shipping a CD and a single Button will cost $1.30 ($1.00 first CD + $0.30 additional Button)
    • Shipping a CD and a poster will cost $6.00 ($1.00 first CD + $5.00 first poster)

    Canada & International Orders
    CafePress does offer shipping to Canada and other countries outside the U.S. However, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from CafePress.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing T-shirts, mugs, and mousepads will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

    T-shirt value: $15.99
    Mug value: $10.99
    Mousepad value: $10.99


    Multiple Shipments

    The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged. Most packages are trackable via the carriers' websites. Sign into your account to track an order. Packages that are trackable will have a 'Track' button on the Order History and Order Detail page.


     

    What are the ingredients in your products?

    Our Minerals are available in cool, warm, neutral and exotic tones. Our mineral powders are formulated to your specific skin type click it and we will prepare your shade specifically for you. Flower power is a new formulation with matte shades, no titanium, no mica or bismuth in this Vegan formula. Mica: inorganic pigments that are coated with titanium dioxide. Iron Oxides: Common use as coloring agents for cosmetics.

    What is Mobile Services & How far do you travel?

    Mobile services is a true convenience for anyone in need of beauty services and does not like or want to come into the Salons. We provide Full beauty services from Hair, Makeup, Nails, Facials, Waxing, Packages & Parties. Please browse the site to see all the services we offer for everyones needs!
    Currently our Mobile Services travel anywhere on the Kitsap Peninsula. If you require our services off the peninsula it can be arranged for special occasions. We will just add the appropriate costs to the outside Kitsap service. All travel costs for the Peninsula are included in the service pricing.

    A lot of people ask us who is The Dream Team?? We are the team that performs your services. We have Hair Stylists, MakeUp Artists, Aesteticians & Nail Techs..You usually see the team out on special events or appearances and doing wedding services and parties together or as individuals when performing your special beauty needs!
